The Host Studio Summer Intensive

You were wide eyed, hungry, unsure and hopeful all at once. Some of it felt familiar. Some of it felt wildly out of reach. Your hands fumbled. Your cues were searching. And somewhere along the way, something clicked. You began to see with new eyes. You found your voice. You stepped into a deeper understanding of the system and of yourself.

Now it is your turn to step into something bigger.

This Summer Intensive is not about becoming a teacher. It is about becoming a Host. A steward. A partner. A studio owner prepared to carry the Real Pilates® teacher training into their own space with integrity, clarity, and lineage.

Our Host Studio Summer Intensive is designed specifically for already trained, already established studio owners who feel the pull to expand their role. To move from running a studio to cultivating the next generation of teachers. To transform their space into a home for Real Pilates® education.

This experience blends deep academic immersion with the real life responsibilities of running a studio. You will not just learn the how. You will understand the why. You will work through the structure, standards, and soul of hosting. You will learn what it truly means to guide students through a comprehensive program while honoring the lineage of Joseph Pilates through Romana Kryzanowska and Alycea Ungaro.

This is not a do over. This is a step forward.

The Bridge to Host program has two payment components:

First - the Intensive Tuition - $3500
Tuition includes:
Full apprenticeship
All seminars and manuals
‍ ‍Weekly meeting live/recorded
Exams and assessments
Faculty mentorship and support

Second - the Mandatory Training Package - $5400 (varies by location)
Training package includes:
60 Custom Private sessions over 30 weeks - 2 sessions per week

Weekly group Tech and Technique meeting - 30 total

    Earn your place in the lineage. Prepare your studio to become a Real Pilates® Host Studio.

    PHASE I - 14 DAY IMMERSION
    Summer 2026

    Daily Seminars | Live Teaching Labs | Lectures | Assessments | Observation | Practice Teaching | Full Apparatus Immersion

    You will experience the Real Pilates® training environment from the inside out, not as a student, but as a future Host. You will learn the structure, expectations, culture, and operational rhythms behind a successful teacher training cycle.

    PHASE II - 30 WEEK INTEGRATION
    At your own studio or an established Host Studio

    This phase focuses on integration and implementation. You will begin translating what you have learned into actionable hosting skills within your own environment.

    Includes:
    Weekly Homework
    Online Meetings
    Required Sessions
    Observation
    Practice Teaching
    Mandatory Self Practice
    Testing + Evaluation

    This phase allows you to begin shaping your studio’s readiness, systems, and culture for hosting while remaining supported by the Real Pilates® faculty.

  • This intensive is designed for:
    • Established studio owners interested in becoming Real Pilates® Host Studios
    • Pilates professionals with comprehensive training seeking to expand into hosting
    • Bridge graduates ready to step into a leadership and mentorship role

    This cohort is intentionally small. The experience is personal, focused, and deeply supportive.

  • To understand and embody the Real Pilates® system and standards.

    To prepare studio owners to confidently and competently host Real Pilates® teacher training

    To deepen teaching vocabulary and professional presence

    To evolve cueing, alignment and hands on techniques specific to teacher development

    To transition from practitioner to mentor and guide

    By the end of this program, you should be able to say:
    “I am prepared to host Real Pilates® teacher training with clarity, integrity, and leadership.”

  • We are specifically looking for studios who meet the following criteria:

    • Experienced studio owners with a minimum of 3 years in business*.

    • A full roster of equipment including all Barrels, Chairs, Pedipole and accessories.

    • Studios housed in a commercial location.

    • Seeking Host partners in high-demand, fast-growing cities

    • A desire to grow and nurture a team.

    • Classical training via the lineage of Romana Kryzanowska or similar training.

    • Equipment by Gratz, Pilates Designs, Tirado Pilates Apparatus, Pilates
      Equipment Scandinavia or a comparable manufacturer.
