Review your bad back meeting. The rule you learned long ago was "bad back" keep flat. At this point you should feel very comfortable building a workout that is limited in bending the spine but high on challenge. Take time to practice on yourself. What can you really accomplish keeping the spine erect? Hopefully a lot.

HAVE A GREAT WEEK!
